The Ordinary High Spreadability Primer
High Spreadability Fluid Primer
Since my first order from the ordinary i’ve been blow away by how phenomenal their products perform at such a low price. Not one product i’ve tried have i been disappointed. They are on the ball and are blowing up the beauty/skincare industry.
After falling in love with the high adherence primer which i reviewed in my first ‘ordinary’ haul i was mega excited when the launch of an additional primer was to be released. As soon as i got the email notification i had it on pre order. Surprisingly it came really quickly despite the high demand.
What ‘The Ordinary’ Say :
This new generation of primer is a lightweight serum-like formula that increases the spreadability of subsequent complexion makeup to help avoid the unnatural and uneven accumulation of pigments especially around the eyes and on dry skin. The formula also acts as a light, non-oily surface hydrator for a natural dewy look.
Opposed to the high adherence primer this primer has fluid silicone consistency rather than a cream version. The consistency is almost serum like and comes with a pipette style application which i actually really like.
Performance wise i can’t fault it. The primer contains surface smoothing silicone that literally smooths out your whole complexion filling in any pores or texture and making a perfect base for foundation to glide on top of. It has a natural/dewy finish and is actually really hydrating for a silicone primer.
The main reason i love this primer is that it prevents my foundation from patching up on my skin throughout the day, it looks as good at 7pm as it did at 7am. I find that foundation always separates around my nose and chin area by midday but i don’t find that when i use this primer. Now a holy grail in my primer collection and a star in my everyday makeup routine i couldn’t rave more about it.
You can get the high spredability primer from the deciem website here. Free from alcohol, oil and both vegan and cruelty free, everyone can enjoy this primer. Plus at a mere £5.50 it won’t break the bank.
