Double Cleansing With L’Oreal Fine Flowers

June 26, 2017

Hello my loves! I’m constantly switching up my cleansing routine to find the what works for my skin. I do love high end when it comes to skin care however there are some fab drugstore alternatives out there and cleansers are my go to as i think the drugstore do these brilliantly!
A new range that has been circling lately is the L’Oreal fine flowers range tailored for dry and sensitive skin and loaded with skin loving ingredients like Jasmine and rose. Aimed to be super gentle yet moisturising, this line is fab for you sensitive skin gals who don’t like anything to harsh.
The dream team products i’ve been using are the cleansing cream makeup remover and the cleansing gel-cream wash. The cleansing cream has an almost ‘cold cream’ style approach where you apply the cream directly to your skin and massage in circular movements to dissolve the makeup then simply use a cotton pad to remove the residue or if you prefer you can still use a damp face cloth/muslin to remove (my prefered method) but it’s not nessisary.
The cleansing cream has a thick moistuiser consistency that words amazingly to remove even waterproof makeup, i love cleansers like this where you can see all of the makeup dissolving before your eyes. The cleanser removes every trace of makeup and doesn’t leave an oily resisdue which i love. Note it also doesn’t sting my eyes too which is always a winner!
Next in line is the gel-cream wash, perfect as a second cleanse as i don’t think it breaks down the makeup as well as the cleansing cream does. The thing i love about this wash the most is that it’s alchohol and soap free which is normally super hard to find in a drugstore face wash. Because of this the wash doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped, dry and uncomfortable you’re just left with clean and soft skin.
I’ve mainly been using this wash as my AM cleanser along with the Primark facial cleansing brush and they are a match made in heaven. The brush it’s self has a super soft side with really gentle yet effective bristles then the other side is an antibacterial rubber side which i don’t tend to use myself. The brush helps the lather up the wash and to make sure i’m getting ever last inch of impurities off my face. If you see one of these in your local store be sure to pick it up.
So if you couldn’t tell i’m super impressed with the line and as a sensitive skinned gal i’m thankful for formulations like these!
Have you tried the L’Oreal fine flowers line yet?
