Bleach That Repairs Your Hair?! | Bleach London Haul & Review
Hello my lovelies! So I recently went blonde ombré with my hair and with that I needed a new hair care routine to care for my poor over bleached locks. The main thing I knew I wanted was a good silver shampoo. I asked on twitter and a lot of people reccomened the Bleach London silver shampoo. I’d seen this brand get a lot of hype recently for their fun bright colours, so while I was in boots I picked up a bottle of the Silver Shampoo.
From my first use I was blown away by how well it worked. I’ve been blonde a few times before so I’m quite savvy with silver shampoo’s but this hands down is the best I’ve ever used. It’s really strong so be careful not to leave on too long, unless you want purple hair. My hair was looking a little on the brassy/yellow side before I used this for the first time and after a quick shampoo I was left with a cool ash toned blonde.
After being so impressed with the shampoo I decided to pick up a few more bits from bleach to test out how well they worked for me. I saw that they had just released a new load of products exclusive Cult Beauty (I believe it’s exclusive), so I picked up 2 of the newbies and 2 others from the regular line.
One of the first newbies i picked up being the Let It, Yeah? Leave in Conditioner. I’m a leave in conditioner junkie, I can’t get a brush through my hair without using one so I thought this would be a good one to get. I’ve used it a few times now and I really like it. It de-tangles my hair really well and makes my hair feel really soft.
Next is is this Old Blue Last Protein Shot. This I was really intrigued by. I saw an interview with the owner of bleach Alex Brownsell and she said this was her favourite of the new releases. It’s pretty much a shot for your hair, packed with protein to give damaged a must need boost of hydration and strength. It’s a one time use and for £6 I do think it’s kinda pricey but it does work. My hair felt incredible after using it and I’ve already ordered another one so that’s saying something.
From the older line I picked up the Silver Conditioner to match the shampoo. It’s not the most hydrating conditioner out there but it’s more hydrating than other silver conditioners I’ve used. It’s works hand in hand with the shampoo and has been keeping my colour looking fresh.
I also then picked up the Reincarnation Treatment Mask. I’ve seen this mask getting a lot of hype for the past couple of years but I’ve never picked it up as it’s ALWAYS out of stock in both my local boots! When I saw this on cult beauty I knew I needed to try it out. I’m forever using hair masks and I’ve tried 1000’s so I’m quite the connoisseur, this mask has now made it into my top 5! I was so impressed after first use, my hair is always really knotty and tangled but after using this mask my hair stayed really sleek and soft unti I next washed it which I’ve never found with a mask before so bonus points! If you’ve got dry, damaged or knotty hair you NEED to try this!
So as you can tell I’ve been blow away with the quality of bleach London’s products. They all have a price point of £6 so it’s all super affordable and it’s available in boots store or online at boots, cult beauty or direct off the bleach website.
